• At what time can we check-in and out ?

  For arrivals later than 4 pm, we must have all of your arrival information, including flight and or bus company name and schedules. Rooms will be ready by 1pm. If you arrive earlier than this, and would like to leave your bags at the reception, there's no problem. If it is possible for us to have your room earlier than 1pm, we will do our best, but cannot guarantee this.

  English, French, Armenian and a little German.
  

• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building ?
  
  We have 13 rooms at 3 floors with no elevators.
  

• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own ?
  
  We provide crisp linens and fluffy terry towels (shower and face towels).
  

• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard ?
  
  No, they have not.
  

• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony ?
  
  Not all the rooms.
  

• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments ?
  
  Yes, we have.

  We have TV with satellite in the lobby.

  We have a telephone with indirect dialling.

  All of our guest rooms are equipped with temperature-controlled air-conditioning. This is included in the rate of the room.
